Spatial transcriptomics analysis service

Spatial data is not "single-cell with coordinates". What is valid depends on whether your unit is a cell or a mixture — and we say which, in writing, before starting.

What is included

• Per-section QC and clustering, with results shown on the tissue rather than only in UMAP space.
• Spatially variable genes by spatial autocorrelation, interpreted against structures you can name.
• Deconvolution against a matched single-cell reference, with the reference stated — a missing cell type in the reference becomes a false finding in the result.
• Neighbourhood statistics tested against a null model that preserves tissue shape.
• Sections treated as the unit of replication, not spots.
