Your computational people are busy with the platform, and a programme still needs its transcriptomics analysed this month. We take defined analysis work off the queue — under NDA, delivered with the code and the environment, on a date agreed in writing.
NDA before any data moves. Data is deleted on your instruction after delivery, and by default within 90 days. It is never reused for benchmarking, marketing examples or model training — that clause is in writing, not just on a web page.
Every deliverable ships the analysis script, the parameter set and the package versions. Anyone on your side can regenerate any figure. If a result is ever questioned, the provenance exists.
Written scope, price and delivery date before work starts. Changes are re-quoted, not absorbed silently. Procurement gets a number that does not move.
Standard projects are 5–8 working days from usable data. Priority turnaround is possible. If a sample fails QC we tell you on day one, not on delivery day.
Comparisons are tested at the level of the experimental unit — donors, animals, batches — not per cell. What that changes, measured on public data.
We sell analysis only. There is no sequencing contract attached, no minimum volume, and no incentive to talk you into a bigger experiment.
With a pilot, usually one sample or one section, at the normal per-sample price. You see the actual deliverable and the actual turnaround before committing a programme to it. If the pilot does not convince you, that is the end of it — no retainer, no minimum.
No wet lab, no sequencing, no regulatory submissions, and no sign-off on your scientific conclusions. We tell you what the data supports and flag what looks fragile; the interpretation stays with your team. Being clear about this up front saves both sides a month.
